About Harpenden Mencap
Harpenden Mencap is an independent charity caring for adults with learning disabilities in Harpenden and St Albans. Founded in 1959, we provide accommodation-based support to a thriving community of 33 adults, plus learning, involvement, friendship and employment opportunities benefiting over 50 people in total.
Our vision is for Harpenden to be the best place for people with learning disabilities to live happy, healthy lives.
