GoVolHerts processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide these to us yourself.

GoVolHerts processes your personal data for the following purposes:

Automated decision making
GoVolHerts takes decisions based on automated processing about issues that may affect individuals. These are decisions that are made by computer programs or systems, without a human being (such as an employee of GoVolHerts) among them.
GoVolHerts uses the Deedmob system to match your profile with the requirements or conditions of charity activities. If the profile features you enter correspond to the requirements or conditions of a specific Charity vacancy, then the Deedmob system can automatically alert you to this vacancy.
There are no consequences if you ignore or delete this email.
How long we keep personal data
GoVolHerts does not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. We use the following retention periods for the following (categories) of personal data:
We keep your profile data for as long as your profile is not closed, so that you can continue to use our services (and possibly those of third parties).
