Help our community in Batford travel to and from Harpenden town centre.
We are looking for a reliable and friendly volunteer driver to help transport members of our community in Batford to and from Harpenden town centre.
Key responsibilities
- Join our new team of volunteers driving a shuttle route in the Harpenden Mencap minibus
- Ensure timely and smooth journeys
- Provide a welcoming and professional presence in the minibus
We are especially keen on welcoming new volunteers to help community members get around in the summer heat and winter chill.
Your qualities and characteristics
- Aged 25 - 70 years
- Full, valid and clean UK driving licence
- Confident, safe and responsible driver
- Reliable and punctual
Support provided
Full guidance and any necessary induction will be provided before you start volunteering.
