About Youth Talk

Youth Talk provides free, professional, one-to-one counselling for children and young people (aged 13–25) in St Albans, Harpenden and surrounding villages, who are struggling with their mental wellbeing. It is a truly pioneering and unique service providing up to a whole year's counselling support if required so that our local young people can overcome their mental health challenges, reach their potential, and thrive in society.
