Watford Workshop

About Watford Workshop

For over 60 years, Watford Workshop has empowered adults with disabilities through work opportunities, independent life skills and training - helping them thrive as active, valued members of the community.

Volunteering with us is more than giving your time; it’s an opportunity to create real impact and share in an inclusive, inspiring environment. Whether you’d like to share professional expertise (for example in marketing, fundraising or IT), mentor and support our service users, or get hands-on alongside our team in the workshop, we tailor opportunities to your interests and skills.

Our volunteers frequently say that supporting us has broadened their outlook, strengthened their community ties, and given them a deep sense of purpose and pride.

We’d be delighted to welcome you for a visit to see if we’re the right fit for your volunteering journey. Please don’t hesitate to contact us to arrange a tour and chat about how you can get involved.
