Founded in 2015, ELSA Next Generation is an award-winning Registered Charity providing targeted and transformational educational programmes to young people.
Over 25,000 young people have been supported so far – working with over 800 business volunteers!
Our vision: We believe every young person, regardless of background or ability, deserves the opportunity to develop into a confident, and positive, member of their community. ELSA offers opportunities, hope, and support through bespoke educational workshops and programmes.
Our mission: To bridge the gap between education and employment. Our unique career-focused programmes teach young people essential personal and professional skills sought by employers today.
We inspire, encourage, and empower young people to recognise their potential. We believe they all have the chance of a successful future.
