parkrun 5k Events

What is parkrun? A free, fun, and friendly weekly 5k community event. Participants walk, jog, run, spectate or volunteer in scenic open spaces across the county. When is it? Every Saturday at 9am. New volunteers are always welcomed and with a flexible booking system they can come along as much or as little as they like.
