Are you looking for an opportunity to give back to your community, build confidence, and gain valuable skills? Volunteering as a Receptionist at The Living Room could be just the role for you!
Role Summary: Join us at our Stevenage Head Office for one or two afternoons a week, where you'll play a vital role in welcoming clients and visitors, supporting the smooth running of our reception, and contributing to the important work we do in helping people in recovery.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors to The Living Room
- Ensure the smooth operation of our reception area
- Help clients access information and services
- Enter client data into our client management system
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and schedule assessments
- Provide administrative support for our charity shop (design posters, make signs, copy documents, etc.)
