Summary

In this role you’ll be helping our neurological team with general administrative tasks that ensure the smooth running of our services.

Detailed description


Key activities will include: 

  • Data entry, filing, typing and general office duties
  • Making and receiving phone calls
  • Updating and reorganising digital documents 
  • Providing additional administrative support to other departments and teams within the centre 
  • Assist with handling incoming and outgoing mail


  often we’d like your support

Ideally we hope you’ll choose to volunteer 3 - 6 hours a week, however all our roles are flexible and times should be agreed with your local centre.

 The skills and experience you’ll need for this role

You will need:

  • An organised and systematic approach
  • The ability to work as part of a team 
  • Good computer skills – ability to use the internet and Microsoft Excel 
  •  A basic level of numeracy 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An understanding of the importance of maintaining confidentiality.
