St Albans Mencap

About St Albans Mencap

Everyone has hopes, dreams and ambitions, for some of us it is more difficult to turn them into reality. At St Albans Mencap we believe everyone is unique and deserves the chance to reach out and create their own future. SNAP (Special Needs Activities and Play) is an organisation that offers respite care to children and young people aged 5 to 19 years old, who have learning disabilities of varying severity. Some service users may also have physical or sensory disabilities and/or behaviour that is challenging. We aim to provide stimulating play opportunities and good quality childcare, tailored to meet the needs of children and young adults with special needs.
