Stanborough Park, Welwyn – 17th & 18th May 2025 Cassiobury Park, Watford – 7th June 2025 Fairlands Valley Park, Stevenage – 6th July 2025 Verulamium Park, St Albans – 13th July 2025 Get involved—set up, cheer on participants, hand out water, or help at our Pretty Muddy event as an Obstacle Marshal, guiding runners as they climb, crawl, and slide to victory! No matter how long you help, you’ll make a real impact. Let’s do this—together!
