Summary

Would you be interested in an Admin Volunteer role supporting our Bishop's Stortford hostel?

Detailed description

You will be supporting with:

  • Contacting former residents via telephone, e-mail or text message to discuss historical debt to establish if an agreement plan can be agreed
  • Recording all contact by taking notes on the Salesforce database system
  • Arranging allocation of Rent Deposits to the appropriate party
  • Ensuring relevant agreement documents have been signed by both residents and staff and are scanned/uploaded onto the Salesforce database.


Skills you will need:

  • Experience handling and managing data
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Good communication skills in person and over the telephone
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)


Full training and an induction will be given as well as ongoing opportunities for your learning and development. We also have an exciting and varied calendar of events for volunteers and staff alike!



Please note you will be required to undergo a DBS check and we will require two references.
