Support men in this friendly weekly group.

Mind in Mid Herts is looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and reliable volunteer to support the men's group in Stevenage. This group provides an opportunity for men experiencing mental health difficulties to meet and share experiences in a safe space. The group takes place on Tuesday afternoons.

Tasks include:

  • Preparing the room for the group
  • Welcoming people we support to the group and ensuring they are comfortable.
  • Working with a group of people we support.
  • Supporting the facilitator in arranging weekly activities.
  • Engaging with the group.
  • Debriefing with the Facilitator after each session.
