About Friends of Croxley Common Moor

Croxley Common Moor is a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) because of its exceptional abundance and variety of grassland wild flowers. Volunteers clear bushes in the winter; and collect litter and remove Ragwort (a plant poisonous to cattle and horses) in the summer. We are a friendly team, and usually have a refreshment break.
