Detailed description
ELSA is hoping to secure STEM Ambassadors to take the role as a Mentor or Mock Interviewer. We are working with approximately 60 young people from the Peterborough area. The Youth Conference bridges the gap between education and employment by immersing young people in employer-led activities, mentoring, and networking. The programme provides practical experiences and builds confidence, ensuring participants leave with enhanced employability skills and tangible career connections. You’ll support small groups of young adults, encouraging engagement, guiding discussions, and helping them feel at ease during the day. No preparation is needed - just come ready to immerse yourself and enjoy the experience. All resources will be provided.
