We are working with approximately 15 young people from the Peterborough area, all considered at risk or NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training)
ELSA is hoping to secure STEM Ambassadors to take the role as a Workshop Table Buddy. We are working with approximately 15 young people from the Peterborough area, all considered at risk or NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training). Intro2Work+ bridges the gap between education and employment by immersing young adults in employer-led activities, mentoring, and networking. The programme provides practical experiences and builds confidence, ensuring participants leave with enhanced employability skills and tangible career connections. As a Table Buddy, you’ll support small groups of young adults, encouraging engagement, guiding discussions, and helping them feel at ease during an employer-led workshop. No preparation is needed - just come ready to immerse yourself and enjoy the experience. All resources will be provided.
