Event Photographer

Use your photography skills to capture memorable moments and striking individual and group portraits at the Hertfordshire Trustees' Conference. The event takes place between 5 and 7:30pm at Aldwickbury Park Golf Club in Harpenden on November 7th.

We expect 60+ Trustees from Hertfordshire charities and voluntary, community and faith groups at our event. There will be speakers and discussion groups and we'd love to capture the spirit of this event to share with our audiences as well as some generally fantastic photos for wider use to promote volunteering and GoVolHerts.

What you will need:

You will need your own camera and any equipment you may need to take photos (e.g. DSLR, tripod / flash etc)

You will need to send all photos to GoVolHerts as soon as possible (you can use WeTransfer to send the files, or share a Google Drive link).

You will allow GoVolHerts to use the photos you take for publicity and reporting (eg shared on social media, our website, and news outlets after the event).
