Do you take great photos of people, and can you capture the spirit of an event? We need you to volunteer as a photographer at the Hertfordshire Volunteer Fair!Detailed description
We need someone to capture moments from the Hertfordshire Volunteer Fair and The Big Out Event on Friday 7 June. The event takes place between 10am and 4pm, and we need a photographer from approx 11.45am - 2pm.
We expect 30 Charity stallholders to attend, with visits from local dignitaries and VIPS including the High Sheriff of Hertfordshire, The Deputy Lieutenant, and Council representatives. We are also expecting a visit from Herts Fire and Rescue Service.
There will be plenty of activities on the day, with interesting stalls from our locally based charities.
What we are looking for:
We need a volunteer to take good-quality photos to document the event; these photos will be shared on social media, our website, and news outlets after the event.
Can you capture special moments on the day, get candid photos of visitors, stallholders, and small groups of people, including the visiting dignitaries?
What you will need:
You will need your own camera and any equipment you may need to take photos (e.g. tripod / flash etc)
You will need to send all photos to GoVolHerts as soon as possible (you can use WeTransfer to send the files, or share a Google Drive link).
You will allow GoVolHerts to use the photos for publicity and reporting.
