Do you take great photos of people and can you capture the spirit of an event? Join us as a photographer at the Hertfordshire Trustees' Conference!
Use your photography skills to capture memorable moments and striking individual and group portraits at the Hertfordshire Trustees' Conference 2026. The event takes place between 5 and 7:30pm at the Fielder Centre in Hatfield on November 10th 2026.
We expect around 100 Trustees from Hertfordshire charities and voluntary, community and faith groups at our event. There will be speakers and discussions and we'd love to capture the spirit of this event to share with our audiences as well as some generally fantastic photos for wider use to promote volunteering and GoVolHerts.
This opportunity is ideal for an amateur photographer, student or professional.
What you will need:
You will need your own camera and any equipment you may need to take photos (e.g. DSLR, tripod / flash etc).
You will need to send all photos to GoVolHerts as soon as possible (you can use WeTransfer to send the files, or share a Google Drive link).
You will allow GoVolHerts and Hertfordshire Community Foundation (our event partner) to use the photos you take for publicity and reporting (eg shared on social media, our websites, and news outlets after the event).
