Do you enjoy documenting events and creating content? Help us communicate about the Hertfordshire Trustees' Conference!
Use your photography, videography and communication skills to capture memorable moments and striking individual and group imagery at the Hertfordshire Trustees' Conference 2026 and tell people about what happened. The event takes place between 5 and 7:30pm at the Fielder Centre in Hatfield on November 10th 2026.
We expect around 100 Trustees from Hertfordshire charities and voluntary, community and faith groups at our event. There will be speakers and discussions and we'd love to capture the spirit and content of this event to share with our audiences as well as some generally fantastic imagery for wider use to promote volunteering and GoVolHerts.
This opportunity is ideal for an amateur photographer/videographer or content creator.
You need:
You will need your own camera and any equipment you may need to capture images (e.g. ideally DSLR, could be high quality phone).
You will need to send all photos to GoVolHerts as soon as possible (you can use WeTransfer to send the files, or share a Google Drive link).
You will allow GoVolHerts and Hertfordshire Community Foundation (our event partner) to use the photos you take for publicity and reporting (eg shared on social media, our websites, and news outlets after the event).
Good writing and communication skills.
