We're searching for a new Chair and Trustees to help us emerge from the challenges of the past two years and develop our future strategy.

Would you like to play a part in developing an exciting future for a much loved museum?

Do you want to make the most of your talent and energy, with opportunities for personal growth and fulfilment?

Maybe you would like to do something that supports your local community?

Trustees share their skills , expertise and experience to support the museum, helping us achieve our strategic aims. Trustees also often learn new skills during their time on the board. Being a Trustee means making decisions that will impact on people's lives, the future of the museum and our local community.

We welcome applications for our Trustee roles from anyone aged over 16 who has skills to share.

For the role as Chair we would look for someone who has either previous experience as a Chair, or who is comfortable managing a strategic team.

Talk to us about about being joining our team.
