Special Days Admin Assistant

What’s involved?

• Sending and recording Surveys, once the Special Day has taken place.
• Assisting with preparation and distribution of charity information.
• Confirmation emails – application approved.
• General administrative duties supporting the Admin Coordinator, this may include assisting with research/projects.

How long and how often?

• We are ideally looking for an ongoing commitment of at least 4 hours a week.
• Our office hours are Monday-Friday, 9am–5pm but we can be flexible around your availability with whichever days and hours you can do. Please note that the team work in the office only on Tuesdays and Thursdays and work remotely during the rest of the week.
• If working remotely, you would need access to your own computer at home.
