Special Days - Beauty Banks Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic volunteer with good administration skills.  You will be a vital support to the Special Days team, who work directly with our beneficiaries. We are working alongside a charity called Beauty Banks, who provide us with high end beauty products for us to send to our beneficiaries as an added treat to make them feel special. The role will be to create those boxes and send them to our beneficiaries. 

What’s involved? 

Working directly with our Special Day Team Leader to assist in creating Special Beauty Bank Gifts for our beneficiaries: 

• Choosing the items to go into the boxes and putting the package together 
• General administration tasks related to the treat boxes on our IT system. (Full training will be given) 
• Ensuring the parcels are franked and posted. 

How long and how often? 

• We are ideally looking for an ongoing commitment of at least 4 hours a week and on regular days of the week if possible.
