Summary
To help the Shop Manager maximise sales by providing a high standard of customer service, stock of good quality and quantity, raising money for Special DaysDetailed description
Volunteer Retail Assistants carry out one or more tasks, agreed with the Shop Manager. Tasks could include:
- serving customers
- preparing stock
- creating window displays
- restocking and attractively merchandising the shop floor
- financial processes
Full training will be provided to ensure volunteers feel confident in their tasks and that all shop activities are carried out in line with Retail standards and guidelines.
Volunteers are encouraged to share their ideas, support other team members and attend occasional shop meetings. Support is provided to volunteers by Shop Manager, Assistant Shop Manager and the Head of Retail.
