Fundraising & Activity Volunteer

Fundraising support

• Collecting donations using charity collection boxes
• Manning charity stalls at hospital sites and community events
• Supporting retail activity, such as pop-up shops or charity kiosks
• Acting as a friendly Charity Ambassador in the community
• Helping at fundraising events and special campaigns

Activity & gifts-in-kind support

• Helping to collate, sort, and prepare donated gifts-in-kind
• Supporting the distribution of items such as toys, games, or comfort items to hospital wards
• Helping ensure donated items are organised and ready to bring smiles to patients and families

No two volunteering experiences are the same — you can choose how you’d like to help.

Who we’re looking for

You don’t need any previous experience. We’re simply looking for people who are:

• Friendly, approachable, and reliable
• Happy to get involved and support others
• Passionate about supporting local hospitals and the NHS
• Comfortable working as part of a team
