Flexible volunteer role supporting events as needed, including welcoming attendees, registration, setup, wayfinding and general event assistance.
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable volunteers to assist with events on an ad hoc basis throughout the year.
This flexible role provides an opportunity to support a variety of events on a flexible, ad hoc basis, from luxury gala dinners at The Grove Hotel to smaller community events.
Volunteers should be available for occasional evening and weekend events.
Typical tasks may include welcoming guests, assisting with registration, providing information and directions, setting up and clearing down event spaces, distributing materials, and offering general support to event organisers as required.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, are adaptable, and are willing to lend a helping hand when needed. No previous experience is required, and volunteers can choose opportunities that fit their availability.
By volunteering, you will gain valuable experience, meet new people, and make a meaningful contribution to the success of our events and the wider community.
