To provide social media support to all services within Walk the Walk Family Support Service and support fundraising for the Charity.

Job Purpose:

 

To provide social media support to all services within Walk the Walk Family Support Service and support fundraising for the Charity. As directed by the Senior Leadership Team in order to deliver a high-quality service. 

 

Job Duties:

 

The duties include:

 

·  Increasing the charities social media following

·  Creating content at the direction of the senior management team

· Ensuring the charities social media presence is active at all times, responsive and promoting the charity and its’ interests.

· Supporting fundraising events with social media content

· Delivering innovative ways to drive online engagement

 

Skills and Qualifications:

 

· Previous experience with social media and marketing is desirable

· Experience with social media tools

· A track record of social media success

· Strong written and oral communication skills

· Accuracy and attention to detail 

·Reliable and timely in delivery when tasked to provide a specific engagement thread i.e. able to deliver on time for specific events such as mental health awareness week.
