To support the charity with administration activitiesDetailed description
Job Purpose:
To provide administrative support to all services within Walk the Walk Family Support Service.
Job Duties:
The duties include:
· Pre-populate forms/bids with generic information
· Maintain office stationary supplies
· All filing as directed
· Organize, store and print company documents as directed
· Update charity documents as directed
· Scan and file documents
· Support organisation of funding events
· Support expansion of services with research tasks and administration support
· Support the Business Support Manager and Operations Lead with day-to-day tasks
· Other tasks as directed
Skills and Qualifications:
· Previous experience as an Administrator (paid or voluntary) essential
· Experience with office management tools (such as MS Office software)
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills
· Strong written and oral communication skills
· Accuracy and attention to detail
