Social Media Hero

Viewpoint is a user involvement charity for people to share their personal experiences on drugs, alcohol and mental health in order to influence positive change in Hertfordshire.

We need a creative and motivated Social Media Hero to manage and grow our Facebook and Instagram presence. This role is perfect for someone who loves storytelling, creating eye-catching content, and making a real impact online.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, schedule, and share engaging content on Facebook and Instagram.
• Interact with followers, respond to messages, and build community.
• Design graphics, short videos, and campaigns that highlight our initiatives using Canva or alternative.
• Track social media analytics to measure engagement and growth.
• Collaborate with our Communications and Marketing Officer to align social media with organisational goals.

Experience and Qualifications

• Experience managing Facebook and Instagram accounts.
• Knowledge of social media trends, best practices, and analytics.
• Creative eye for visuals and storytelling.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
