Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers with good admin and interpersonal skills to provide admin support to staff and person-centred support to clients

Detailed description

Main tasks:

·       To process inward referrals

·       To make initial contact with new referrals and complete triage 

·       To allocate referrals to Project Workers within the Carers Support Service

·       To adhere to GDPR practices

·       To input and process client data

·       To keep in-house records system information up to date

What we are looking for:

·       Knowledge of MS Office

·       Experience of working in an office environment

·       Familiarity with local carer services and adult care services

·     Good interpersonal skills including confidence when speaking on the phone

·    Ability to demonstrate a positive non-judgemental attitude to service users

·       Ability to work from our Stevenage Base

·       Volunteers must be aged 18 or over
