This role is ideal for young people who are willing to share their opinions, listen to others, and help make a positive difference.
WHEN
This role offers a regular commitment that can be either short-term or long-term, depending on your availability and interest and would meet reuiremtns for voluneering for Duke of Endinburgh awards and similar for which we are happy to complete paperwork.

Open to anyone aged 13-18 and 19-25
Skills required: This role is ideal for young people who are willing to share their opinions, listen to others, and help make a positive difference.
DETAILS
- Induction: New members will receive an introduction to the charity’s values and an overview of how their feedback will be used to shape our services, as well as policies relevant to the role
- General duties: Helping to shape our services to ensure they meet the needs of young people. This may include participating in focus groups, reviewing promotional materials, or providing feedback on new service ideas.
- Confidentiality: Respecting the confidentiality of the service and the privacy of other participants isessential.
- Policies and Guidelines: Volunteers must be aware of and adhere to our policies relevant to this role, specifically the Safeguarding policy and the Confidentiality policy.
- Expenses: Travel costs or mileage (at 55p per mile up to £10.00) for face to face meetings can be claimed to ensure participation is accessible.
- Training: project-specific briefings are provided to ensure you feel prepared and confident.
