Help secure funding that enables The Muster Point to grow, develop new projects and support more serving personnel, veterans and families.

Every service we deliver and every new project we develop relies on securing the funding to make it happen. As our Volunteer Grant & Funding Application Manager, you'll play a key role in helping The Muster Point continue to grow and expand its support for the Armed Forces community.

Working closely with our Board of Directors, you'll research grant and funding opportunities, develop a pipeline of potential funders, write compelling funding applications and build relationships with trusts, foundations, corporate sponsors and grant-making organisations. You'll also help monitor funding opportunities, maintain our grants database and support reporting to funders, ensuring we meet the conditions of any successful awards.

Your work will directly contribute to the sustainability and future development of The Muster Point, enabling us to launch new initiatives, expand existing services and reach more serving personnel, veterans and their families.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, writing and building relationships. Whether you already have experience with grant funding or simply have excellent writing and organisational skills, you'll have the opportunity to make a tangible difference while developing valuable experience in fundraising, income generation and charity development.
