Help build the governance, policies and compliance systems that will support The Muster Point's future growth and long-term success.

Behind every successful organisation is a strong governance framework. As our Governance & Compliance Manager Volunteer, you'll play a vital role in helping The Muster Point operate to the highest standards of accountability, transparency and professionalism.

Working closely with our Board of Directors, you'll help develop and maintain the policies, procedures and governance systems that support our organisation. This includes reviewing compliance requirements, maintaining governance registers, identifying areas for improvement and helping ensure we meet our legal and regulatory responsibilities as a Community Interest Company.

You'll also help create new governance processes where they don't already exist, making this an exciting opportunity to shape how a growing organisation is managed. Your work will directly support better decision-making, strengthen organisational resilience and help ensure The Muster Point is well positioned to secure funding, build partnerships and continue supporting serving personnel, veterans and their families.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, has excellent attention to detail and wants to use their skills to make a lasting impact behind the scenes. In return, you'll gain valuable experience working alongside a Board of Directors, developing governance frameworks and contributing to the long-term success of a growing veteran-led organisation.
