Mudlarks are looking for dedicated volunteers who have experience in supporting people with learning disabilities to help our gardeners thrive.

If you are experienced in the learning disabilities sector and you are happy to help in all weather conditions we would love to hear from you. As a volunteer you will:


  • Provide person-centred support to our gardeners to enable them to perform daily tasks more independently
  • Help maintain personal objectives and progress records for gardeners
  • Contribute to a warm, welcoming and inclusive environment
