Mudlarks are looking for supportive volunteers to work with our Café Assistants to help them build confidence and support them with their daily tasks.
As a volunteer you will:
- Work closely with cafe assistants to help them perform their tasks such as using the till, serving customers and cleaning and tidying
- Act as a go-to person for questions from Cafe Assistants to help them understand their duties
- Contribute to a warm, welcoming and inclusive environment
- Assist with general cafe duties when necessary, such as serving customers and cleaning and tidying
