Mentor a team of students through a STEM Project so that they can achieve their Industrial Cadets Bronze Award Accreditation.

We’re looking for STEM Ambassadors to mentor a SEND school team in St Albans as they work towards their Industrial Cadets Bronze Award. The students will be tackling a real‑world challenge as part of their project, and need support from someone with industry experience or strong STEM knowledge who can help guide their thinking and spark new ideas.

Your role would involve working with a team of students and staying in touch with their teacher to help them stay on track and complete their Bronze Award. Ideally mentoring will be done in-person by visiting the school when possible, as this really helps the students build confidence and get the most out of the experience. We’ll match you with the team and make sure you have everything you need to get started. If you’re interested, please use the link below to register. We’ll be in touch by email with more information and to learn a bit about your background and location.
