Summary
Stewarding visitors throughout the seasonDetailed description
Britain at War, a 60-metre-long knitted and crocheted touring exhibition commemorating the 80th anniversary of Victory in Europe (VE) Day. This handcrafted, intricate 3D artwork brings to life the stories, resilience, and triumph of different aspects of World War 2.
We are looking for people to help manage the queue and ensure that there are not too many people in the exhibition at once. We are aiming to have two volunteers for each session and we have broken the day into two sessions (9:30-13:30 and 13:30-17:30), you are of course welcome to book for the whole day if you prefer. There will be an additional Duty Staff member available every day the exhibition is open as well.
