Detailed description
Sustainable St Albans are a charity working to fight the causes and impact of climate change and increase sustainability in the way we live and the systems we exist within. We are looking for an events coordinator to support our SustFest team (who run our sustainability festival every year) and to support events in general across the year run by Sustainable St Albans. This role is primarily in St Albans and the surrounding villages e.g. Redbourn.
We are hoping to run events including film screenings, talks, and clothes swaps. Volunteers can also bring their own ideas and liaise with our Harpenden events arm - Our Planet, Our Future - to collaborate.
We are looking for someone with local knowledge who can have availability in person for planning and coordinating events which are usually held on evenings and weekends.
