About Supported Activities Programme

Supported Activities Programme is an independent charity for adults (over the age of 18) with learning disabilities who live in the North Hertfordshire or Stevenage area. The aim is to promote different sport and leisure activities to enable vulnerable members, many of whom are socially isolated, to participate in activities they may not otherwise have access to.
The programme of events gives members the opportunity to have fun, make new friends and build their self-esteem in a safe environment with volunteer support while parents and carers are able to benefit from a period of respite.
