We are looking for friendly and reliable volunteers to support our community cooking programme in Hitchin and Letchworth.
We are looking for friendly and reliable volunteers to support our Community Kitchen programme. Sessions are currently held in Hitchin and Letchworth and help families learn how to prepare quick, easy and healthy meals on a budget. Responsibilities include helping with set-up, assisting families with preparing simple recipes, supporting participants throughout the session, and helping with washing up and general tidying at the end.
This is a great opportunity to gain experience working with the community, develop new skills, and be part of a welcoming local project. By volunteering, you'll help create a positive environment where families can learn new cooking skills, enjoy time together, and prepare healthy, affordable meals.
