Marketing Executive

Reporting to the Marketing Director. 

Key Responsibilities  

Primary 

Analysis tasks 

• Improve existing processes for analysing and reporting data relating to our website and advertising
• Propose (and when approved) implement new processes to generate new/better information relating to our website and advertising
• Increase the depth and clarity of our reporting relating to our membership and suggest improvements to the Board.
• Liaise and provide guidance to volunteers working on community partnerships to help target their activity
• General Marketing Activity
• Assist the Marketing Director in updating website text, running our advertising campaigns and in generating marketing materials (leaflets, banners, etc.) as required.

Secondary and Longer Term 

• Content creation: Preparing new advertising creative, writing social media posts, articles for newsletters, etc. to help us achieve our marketing objectives. 
• While not essential, the ability to use photography and videography to enhance content would be useful.

What are we looking for?

Skills & Knowledge required  

 Familiarity with one or more of the following analysis tools: 

• Google Analytics
• Facebook Ads Manager
• SQL
• Excel
• PowerPoint 

Willingness to acquire familiarity with any of the above if needed. 

Familiarity with (and ideally participation in) the main social media channels. 

Although we operate in the not-for-profit financial sector (where there are regulatory rules which need to be observed), the skills we need can be from other consumer goods markets
