This is an opportunity to join an exciting and socially important organisation as it continues to develop its engagement with our local community. We provide essential savings and lending services and help people access better rates of finance, move away from payday lenders and loan sharks. We also work with strategic partners to provide payroll deduction arrangements.
We are in the middle of an exciting period of transformational change and have ambitious plans to modernise and extend our services within the wider Hertfordshire community.
We are looking for an experienced IT professional to oversee our Microsoft system which is the backbone of our volunteer led remote management, and also to liaise with our outsourced partner Credit Union Services (CUS) who run our daily operations to ensure the systems they use on our behalf are suitable and operating as required.
You will report to the Operations Director and will have sound knowledge and experience of technology, preferably within a financial services environment and a strong customer service ethos.
