Summary

Can you help us "Put Children First"? We have a requirement for an Administrator.

Detailed description

  1. St Albans Child Contact Centre is open every 1st and 3rd Saturday morning offering 2 hours of contact between children and their non-resident parent.
  2. We offer a large hall with plenty of toys, games, table tennis table and art table with refreshments for all.
  3. This is a "work from home" position.
  4. It is a key post as the Administrator receives and processes all the applications from families in the area who want to attend.
  5. The post is supported by our Management Committee (Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, Co-ordinators, Training Officer and Fundraising Officer)
  6. This would be an ideal post for a person who is self-employed with an administrative/customer service background working from home.
  7. The hours vary according to demand, but it is not necessary to be involved with the Saturday morning sessions at the Centre unless you wish to, as we have 4 teams of volunteers who attend on a rota basis.
  8. A small remuneration is available, to be negotiated.

About St Albans Child Contact Centre

We offer a safe, friendly and neutral place where children of separated families can spend time with the non-resident parent, and sometimes other family members. It is a child-centred environment that puts the needs of the children first.
