Friendly person to work on reception, meet and greet customers, help them fill out registration forms and loan forms; answer the phone and take bookings
We need a friendly, courteous person to run our reception desk, meeting and greeting customers and helping them to select the appropriate scooter or wheelchair for their needs. This will include: filling out forms for new registrations and long term loans as well as the daily summary sheet; looking people up on our database; photocopying; and answering the phone. No experience is necessary as training is given - the most important qualification is a friendly smile and helpful personality.
Our customers are often elderly - but not exclusively; most are living with disabilities and often in pain. Some may not be able to get out of the house very often. A friendly smile and chat at our reception can have a huge impact.
People of all ages and abilities are welcome to apply.
