Summary
You will support the RNLI by recording/monitoring financialtransactions and our online cashbook with the Royston RNLI Branch.
Detailed description
What you will be doing and responsible for:
• Following RNLI financial procedures and maintaining accurate online records of financial transactions, supported by receipts, relating to the Fundraising Crew.
• Being the main point of contact for the Finance Volunteer Support Team in relation to financial transactions, finance systems, reporting and auditing.
• Adhering to financial procedures for the raising of local payments on behalf of the Fundraising Branch Crew
• Providing a financial update for meetings as required, and completing an online year end summary.

• Numeracy Skills
• Good IT skills, organisational and administration skills.
• Computer access.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience of accounting procedures and must adhere to RNLI financial processes
