Are you a PowerPoint whizz who loves making documents look polished, professional and easy to use?
We're looking for a volunteer with strong PowerPoint skills to help our Volunteering Team update and refresh a number of volunteer handbooks. It's the perfect short-term project for someone who enjoys working with documents, has a great eye for detail and wants to put their skills to good use.
You'll be helping us:
- Convert PDF handbooks into PowerPoint format
- Reformat documents so they're clear, consistent and print-ready
- Apply our branding guidelines across a range of volunteer resources
- Help ensure all our handbooks have a professional, up-to-date look and feel
This role could be a great fit if you're experienced in PowerPoint, enjoy working independently, and like bringing structure and consistency to documents. It's a flexible project that can fit around your availability, and there may be opportunities to work from home once you're familiar with what's needed.
By volunteering with us, you'll be helping a team that supports around 1,700 volunteers across Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care, ensuring they have the resources they need to make a difference to local patients and families.

About Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care
When serious illness strikes, we're here to help people in our community get the best out of every day. From the moment of diagnosis our specialist teams work with each individual to provide the compassionate care they need, in the place that's best for them. This is what we call: extraordinary care, anywhere.
We know that life-limiting illness doesn't just affect the individual, so we care for those around each patient, too – both during an illness and through bereavement.
It takes a whole community to provide this care to everybody who needs it. Our volunteers, supporters and champions in the community are the driving force behind everything we do.
