Do you have an interest in electricals and the skills to help us keep up with the testing of our electrical appliances

Are you handy with electrical appliances?

We’re looking for a volunteer or volunteers who would be willing to travel between our offices to help test all our electrical appliances. This will make sure that we are up to date with our health and safety obligations.

If you have PAT training and a certificate already, that would be great, but we’re very happy to organise this for you.

We’re hoping that someone would be willing to travel between 1 or more of our offices in Tring, St Albans, Watford and Chalfont St Giles.

We would of course pay your travel expenses.

Getting there

About Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care

When serious illness strikes, we're here to help people in our community get the best out of every day. From the moment of diagnosis our specialist teams work with each individual to provide the compassionate care they need, in the place that's best for them. This is what we call: extraordinary care, anywhere.

We know that life-limiting illness doesn't just affect the individual, so we care for those around each patient, too – both during an illness and through bereavement.

It takes a whole community to provide this care to everybody who needs it. Our volunteers, supporters and champions in the community are the driving force behind everything we do.
