Our packers make sure that every item purchased online is carefully wrapped and dispatched so that it reaches its final destination safely and securely.

Are you organised, reliable, and love a good system? We’re looking for a volunteer to help us dispatch items sold through our hospice’s ecommerce sites - eBay and Vinted — raising vital funds with every parcel sent!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Entering details onto the IT system to set up the delivery
  • Printing postage labels and getting parcels ready to go
  • Keeping things tidy and organised behind the scenes
  • Working with a friendly team who love what they do

What are we looking for?

No experience needed — just a can-do attitude and a love of getting things done. We’ll show you the ropes and make sure you feel right at home. You need to be comfortable with the IT, and love getting things right first time.

What’s in it for you?

  • 🧠 Learn new skills and boost your confidence
  • 💬 Be part of a warm, friendly team
  • 🎓 Great experience for your CV
  • ☕ Tea, biscuits, and plenty of appreciation

Getting there

About Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care

When serious illness strikes, we're here to help people in our community get the best out of every day. From the moment of diagnosis our specialist teams work with each individual to provide the compassionate care they need, in the place that's best for them. This is what we call: extraordinary care, anywhere.

We know that life-limiting illness doesn't just affect the individual, so we care for those around each patient, too – both during an illness and through bereavement.

It takes a whole community to provide this care to everybody who needs it. Our volunteers, supporters and champions in the community are the driving force behind everything we do.
