Looking to make a real difference in your community with just a couple of hours a week? You could help to free up valuable nursing time.
What will you be doing?
You’ll be a vital part of keeping things running smoothly!
Tasks may include:
- Keeping files tidy and well organised
- Photocopying/printing and prepping patient packs
- Scanning confidential documents into clinical database (don’t worry—we’ll train you!)
- Logging patient correspondence
- Keeping nursing leaflets stocked up
- Uploading weekly whereabouts rotas
- Helping with other day‑to‑day office duties as they come up
Who we’re looking for
If you’re someone who:
- pays attention to the little details,
- is methodical and organised,
- feels confident with basic admin or is happy to learn,
- is reliable and flexible,
- …then we’d love to hear from you! No specialist experience needed—full training is provided.
