We're looking for a friendly and organised volunteer to help support our Creative Therapies team by keeping our art therapy resources well organised.

Our art therapists work with patients and families to explore thoughts, feelings and memories through creative expression.

By helping to manage the materials they use, you'll play an important behind-the-scenes role in making sure these valuable sessions can continue smoothly.

What will you be doing?

  • Creating and maintaining an inventory of art materials
  • Organising the art room and storage cupboards
  • Supporting with ordering supplies and restocking materials
  • Helping ensure everything is easy to find and ready when needed

We're looking for someone who:

  • Enjoys organising and sorting things out
  • Has good attention to detail
  • Can work independently once familiar with the role

What's in it for you?

  • Make a meaningful contribution to hospice care behind the scenes
  • Support creative therapy sessions that help patients and families express themselves
  • Meet new people and become part of a welcoming team
  • Gain experience in stock management, organisation and administration
  • Use your skills to make a real difference locally

About Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care

When serious illness strikes, we're here to help people in our community get the best out of every day. From the moment of diagnosis our specialist teams work with each individual to provide the compassionate care they need, in the place that's best for them. This is what we call: extraordinary care, anywhere.

We know that life-limiting illness doesn't just affect the individual, so we care for those around each patient, too – both during an illness and through bereavement.

It takes a whole community to provide this care to everybody who needs it. Our volunteers, supporters and champions in the community are the driving force behind everything we do.
